What’s included in the rental:
Linden Corporate Accommodation pays the bills.
Gas, electricity, water, gardening, cleaning and house maintenance are included in the room rental, plus laundry facilities, plasma televisions and sound systems in lounge and gym areas, plus Bed-linen and bedding.

 Servicing of all rooms and communal areas:
All common areas are serviced every second day. Individual rooms cleaned on a user pays basis.
