The properties:

Each property has a wall of floor to ceiling glass folding doors, leading from the main dining room to an attractive garden patio setting. This spacious environment boasts a large dining table and chairs, a BBQ and outside gas heaters for all year enjoyment.

Gymnasium facilities
A dedicated gym, on each property, fully equipped with commercial grade apparatus (no more costly gym fees), and a plasma television and sound system.

Servicing rooms and communal areas:
All common areas are serviced on a regular basis. Individual rooms are cleaned on a user pays basis.

What’s included in the fees:
Linden Corporate Accommodation pays the bills.
Gas, electricity, water, gardening, cleaning and house maintenance are included in the room rental, plus bed linen, laundry facilities, plasma televisions and sound systems in lounge and gym areas.

Public transport:
Each property is within 300metres of a tram and easily accessible to trains and buses. Inner Melbourne has an extensive and regular train, tram and bus network (see site map). Trams are frequent throughout the day, and a normal city trip takes 10-15 minutes.
